I need to lock user's message in Inbox private folder.
The good way, i think, is using LOCK WebDAV method - lock message
exclusively with timeout.
But LOCK method works with public folders messages - if i've use LOCK, to

OWA and Microsoft Office Picture Editor

I have found an issue that if you open a jpg and save it with Microsoft
Office Picture Editor and attach it to an email, you cannot see that
attachment from within OWA. If you open it with Imaging or Paint there is no
issue. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a fix?? ...
