Upgrading resources to Outlook Calendar.

I have upgraded resources like conference room etc.. on my Exchange 5.5
server from Scheduler+ Version 7 to Outlook calendar by running export from
Scheduler then import in you Outlook Calendar and now I have end up with two

GAL and message resend.

Users that I have migrated are unable to resend messages after recalling
them It comes up with the message You don't have permissions to do this.
Also in my Exchange 5.5 I had the GAL sorted by Company and Department how
can I do the same thing in Exchange 2003 any god web sites with instructions
