Cannot send mail

I have Sm.Bus.Server 2k3 with Exch.2k3. I can receive emails with no
problems however I cannot send emails. I get the message below:

Not Able To Create Default Address Book

When creating the offline address book we see
Event ID 9384 - 9109 - 9334
We noticed that under the exchange OAB folder there is no subdirectories and
there was no MAPISVC.DLL file.
How can we create this file and directory? ...

Some days ago, at work, they asked me to analyze some mails sent by an user,
with an attached trojan; "nothing strange", I thought, "he'd have been hit
by the standard self-propagating virus".
But then things became stranger: that mail was sent via OWA, so it couldn't
have been some virus running on the use ...

online database backup to disk, then back that up to tape (AIUI the
Exchange backup API will give 1.2gb/min on a good day so isn't fast
enough to backup directly to LTO3 tape).

OWA 2003 and SSLv2 Security Vulnerability

I'm hoping you can provide some direction. We currently are running
Exchange 2003 Enterprise with an OWA server in the DMZ. Yes.. I know
best practices recommend routing this traffic through an ISA server.
