Customized bounceback?

Exchange 2003 environment. Is there a way to generate a customized
bounceback message? What we want to do is for Exchange to bounceback a
message to the sender that User A is no longer with the company. Contact
User B instead. If Excahnge can't do it, is there an 3rd party app that can? ...

OWA Connection

When pointing OWA to another ISA server I am not receiving login page
instead getting "page cannot be displayed". All works fine when put back to
normal.
Here are my steps:
changed default gateway on xchg server to point to new ISA
changed FW client on xchg to point to new ISA

I used to be able to show SCL value on Outlook 2003 using a user defined
form. I got the instruction from

SMTP Forwarding Connector: powershell cmd errors

I need to setup and configure a new SMTP connector in exchange 2007.
Creating the connector wasn't the problem.
Mail messages need to be forwarded from one specific IP, but will be coming
