Can i delete some of this folders on my exchange

The guys that did setup the exchange did somekind of a unpractical job by
only making my D-drive 11GB for my Exch 2003 server. Now it is running full
and i need to delete some stuff if possible. these are the big folders - can
i delete them or not?

Exchange 2007 Defrag question

We want to defrag a couple of our stores the problem is we don't have the
recommended 110 % of free disk space that Microsoft recommends. Is there
any way to split the temporary file that is created during this entire
process?
Any suggestions on what we can do.
