Hiding attributes in Outlook

We store information in active directory such as a person's home
number, address, etc... If you open a user in outlook and view their
details, this information is visable to anyone. How can we make these
hidden in outlook so that a normal user cannot view any users home

Hi,
Does anyone know some reliable software that we can get to do IMAP -->
Exchange 2007 migration? The mailboxes, usernames and passwords will
be different on the Exchange side, and I am not sure how we will get
into the Exchange side, since we don't know the user's password in the
AD.
