Exchange 2007 NDR Delivery

Is there anyway I can configure Exchange to only attempt the delivery of an
NDR one time and then delete the message? I want this to apply to just NDRs
and not normal messages that get delayed or having trouble delivering on the
first shot.

Hi,
Some users are reporting that their Outlook clients pop up a message about
"Admin has made some changes and Outlook needs restarting"? As far as we
know, we didn't make any system changes to Exchange. What would trigger the
pop-up?

I have 2 messaging org, 1 is based on exchange 2007 [target] and another on
2003 [source]. Both orgs have the same Primary SMTP address e.g. abc.org. I

Is there some way to log emails sent to exchange 2003, which shows where it
collected the mail from?
Issue is we have spam emails being received on some addresses. i dont know
if they are being received because the spam is being sent to their primary mx
record / primary email server, or if it is being sent ...
