someone had them listed as a delegate in Outlook. They removed that user and
added a new person. The account for the user who left was later deleted
without knowledge of the delegate situation.

Blank messages won't go away

I have a server with about 50 small messages to various domains that will not
die. The sender and recipient on them is blank, their status is Queued, and I
cannot delete them, with or without NDR. They have no message ID, or subject.
Their expiry was last week, and the virtual servers won't send them because ...

Moving 2003 Email Stores to a Fresh Install of 2003

I tried to google this subject but didn't get good results. Is there a
way to import the mailstores/ keys / users / ect... and load them into
a fresh install of Windows 2003 Server and 2003 Exchange?
We've had some corruption of the boot drive and mail stores. We

Problem: If you send an email to anyone in our company with a large
attachments (over 5M) you get the above error or the following error "552 552
Requested mail action aborted: exceeded storage allocation."

Delivery Receipts in Chinese Language

We use Exchange 2007 over Windows 2003 Server.
Sometimes users receive Delivery Receipts in Chinese. I have checked all
the language options, in PCs Control Panel as well as Outlook. But,
everywhere it is set to English (US).
What might be the mismatch? What might be the problem?

We filter spam with McAfee GroupShield, which marks SPAM message in subject
and moves to user junk fodler (we can't afford for filtering any
false-positive mails).
