Stray control characters in CSV Export from Management Studio

I have a very simple result set displayed in a Grid in Microsoft SQL
Server Management Studio (2005) that I want to save as a CSV file. I
right click on the grid, select Save Results As... and save the file.
The file looks like this in a text editor:
1,1,1
2,2,2
3,3,3
...
But when I try to open it in Exc ...

I'm a newbie in the SQL world
I have to shrink the transaction Log of an SQL 2000 Database
So I googled around and found that I have to use the command
DBCC SHRINKFILE
But I can't find the file DBCC anywhere on my server?
Where can I find it or download it?
Or is there another way to shrink the trans ...
