URGENT: 1721 : KB921896 (srv tools & wks ver 9.2.3042.00)

When installing SQLServer2005SP2-KB921896-x86-ENU.exe (local on the machine)
under both USER or SYSTEM context
I get 1721 error. all the other components in the hotfix get installed
