database data files setup

I Have a database that has 120G imported from other database. Now I am
planning to setup this databse. I want to use more file groups. Except file
groups, I wonder which is better if I use one file or more files in one file
group to handle it. e.g. 100g, do you think if I use one file for 100g or 5

Can't REstart the SQL Server Browser Service

I stopped the SQL Server Browser after developing a web site in VWD so I
could copy the database to the remote server. Now I am unable to restart it:
when I right-click the icon in the Configuration Manager, all the dropdown
items are greyed out except 'Properties'.
The local database was created under VWD ...

I apologize if this question is trivial but I could not find a
concrete answer. Is it possible to deploy UDF's developed with .NET
3.5 to a microsoft SQL Server 2005?

Can SQL 2005 see the memory that OS can't see?

We run Windows 2003 standard SP2 and SQL 2005 standard SP2, the box has 10GB
RAM, of course it's a waste because the OS can only see 4GB of it, my
question is if I enable AWE, can SQL 2005 see the rest of RAM? Or it limit to
what the OS can see?
I've added /3GB in boot.ini, do I need /PAE if I enable AWE ...
