x:\ has got the following result
xKB sequential IOs writing
MBs/sec: 400
IOs/sec: 1800
y:\ has got
yKB sequential IOs writing
MBs/sec: 400
IOs/sec: 900
which drive is doing better on write?
is the write on y: better than x ...

Multi-Channel Raid VS SAN Storage

I am hoping someone can give me some advice about the performance difference
between Multi-Channel Raid vs SAN storage.
My basic question has to do with Performance and optimization.
Assuming I have the same spec drives (size, speed, throughput, ets...) is

Im new to the group, i require some assistance on a SQL 2005 STD Edt
installation on a windows server 2003 SP2 R2 image.
I have assigned the image 1024GB of ram. Every time i run the SQL
