Licensing question

licensing. We are purchasing the cpu version of SQL, my question is, do we
need to purchase Windows CALs for our users also?

I converted an Access DB to SQL as we will be using a new program to
integrate the DB for tracking purposes. In the Access DB I had multiple
columns that were check boxes for Yes/no based on access levels for users.
When imported to SQL these colums were changed to BIT and set to True/False

Change of Server Name containing SQL Server 2000 ?

We are running SQL Server 2000 on a Windows 2003 Server.
If we change the Windows Server name, is it necessary for us to change the
SQL Server 2000 configuration (like Name) ? If changes have to be made, is
it possible to give us advice ?
