Unable to see sql server(newbie)

I have a Dell machine i have installed a C#.net application on it.
When i try access sqlserver on the server over the network i am unable
to connect. I am also unable to create a datasource . The problem is
i have a newer Dell computer right next to this one and i am able to
access sqlserver over the network.T ...

newbie design question

I am designing a dimBroker table about all the Borker information. However,
there is a table called BrokerContact in the OLTP systems. Obviously, one
broker can have multiple contacts. What is the best way to design the
relationship in the Dimension Model? Should I make it a snowflake schema for
it?

Looking at M$ and Kimball examples - I don't see any of them defining a PK
inside the fact tables. Isn't this bad since it won't offer integrity and
allow duplicates to be inserted?

I have two measures in the fact table:
