Moving ARCServe Database to SQL Server 2005

I am trying to change my ARCServe Database to use a remote SQL Server 2005
SP2. When I setup the new database, I get an error that no SQL Server is
found. I have used the correct user-credentials and I can connect to the SQL
Server via ODBC without any problems.

Any one has an idea how and what to use to be able to connect AS with an
OBDC connection? We were able to make it work with RS but not with AS. We are
trying to conenct to a DB2 Database using ODBC (seem to be the only way we
can make the connection here).
