Oracle connection problem after upgrading to Windoes 2003

I have upgraded my OS from Windows NT to Windows 2003, aftre upgrade
happened one of my application is unable to connect to the Oracle using DSN.
Giving an error dialogue "Unable Intialize Message Handler".. it seems
problem with MDAC after upgrading... Any help please...

First be patient - I'm an Informix DBA who is tasked to manage a 2005
install. I have a db that's been restoring for 24 hrs and is only 12
MB. Normally it would only take a minutes and it would be done. I've

I've created a web service endpoint on SQL Server 2005. But I failed trying to give access to a database role. I can only grant access to SQL Server users.
Am I doing something wrong here?
