New problem with SQL CE 3.5 SP1

I have a new problem with SQL CE 3.5 SP1 that I did not have with 3.5. Now
my Pocket PC programs can no longer run on XP.
Is this a new SP1 feature? Guess I need to write real desktop apps to
manage the data. It was nice while it lasted to use the same app on both
PPC and XP Desktop.

We are getting into the world of SQL Server Compact 3.5 now. :)
But, because we don't have VS2008, needed to use VS2005.
WinCE 5.0 emulator with included default os image is being used.
We tested deploying it under VS2005 with setting the path of
System.Data.SqlServerCe in reference.
