Hyperlinks don't work with Save as Web Page

I've used Insert-Hyperlink to add hyperlinks to various shapes like buttons,
using the browse button the sub-address line to specify a different page in
my diagram. Within Visio I can hover over the buttons and see the link, and

Visio pdfmaker toolbar missing

I have Visio 2003 and Acrobat Pro 8. The PDFMaker toolbar has disappeared.
It works in other office apps. I have tried all the steps on adobe site

I reverse engineered a SQL Server 2005 database - after much messing and fussing due to the fact Visio 2003 doesn't play well with SQL2K5.
I then went ahead and saved the diagram as a web page. When I view it, the

Visio reconfigures itself Outlook is launched

Very weird problem. When Outlook 2003 is launched a dialog box will pop up
saying that Visio Standard 2007 is being configured, show the status box and
will eventually disappear when it is finished.
I have removed Visio 2007, rebooted, reinstalled Visio 2007 and the problem
