PTC CADDS 5 to Visio

We are looking to convert from a Unix system to Windows. The Unix system has
PTC's CADDS 5 on it and I believe saves the files as .cgm. We want to
convert the programs to use Visio. I was wondering if this was an easy

Visio 2007: Problem importing CAD Drawing

I'm trying to import a DWG file into Visio that was produced by Punch
Software's AS4000 program. The file is viewable by Brava's free DWG viewer
program.

Callouts moving with shapes

When I take a copy and paste from a shape with a movable callout, I often
have the following result.
The shape and the callout are copied, but the callout does not move with the
shape.
When I look at the configuration of the callout, it is movable with the
shape, only it works not properly.

When I change data in a shape, de data does not change in the callout.
This happens with some datafields, but with other datafields it changes
immediatly, sometimes the datafields in the callout are changed !!! And I
have to configure the callout again.

since some days Visio 2007 opens several copies of the same document during
program launch. this happen always if I start visio alone or if I click on a
visio file.
Any suggestions?
