peices of characters missing

Hi, I have been having problems with some peices of letters not being printed
out. This only happens with rotated text. It seems to happen with
regardless of the size, although it's a lot more noticeable on smaller fonts.

How can I export notes that I have written for a shape (a table in this
instance) from VISIO 2003
Professional ?
I tried Orthogonal Toolbox v1.5 but it does not export the notes.
