Visio 2003 Enterprise Architects installation problem

I have installed Visual Studio .NET 2003 Enterprise edition, Office 2003
proffessional and Visual Studio 6. When I try to install Visio 2003
Enterprise Architects I get the following error msg "you must first install
one of the qualified Visual studio editions".

activation wizard won't let me register, help!
