Page numbers not constant

In a Visio 2003 document, the Right: field of the Footer panel
contains:
Page &p of &P
The document contains about 15 pages. If I print all 15, the footer
shows "Page 1 of 15" on the first page and so on.
But, if I print pages 5-7, the footer for page 5 shows "Page 1 of 3".
I supposed may be useful ...

Close a shape

Hi, when I draw a shape sometimes I don't close it because I can't see vertex
or initial point , so I can't fill it. In order to apply fill I zoom to max
and see all point to detect the breake, please how I can fix it?, or how I
can close a shape automatically? (not Joint command). Thanks.

changing size of icon

Some visio stencils only enable you to resize them by dragging the
corner so that it maintains the ratio of width to length.
Is it possible to change the icon/stencil so that it has six green
points on it which I can click on to resize however I want? ...

Change Box Shape

Hi,
I need to change a box shape but am not sure how. What I am after is
something like the "rounded rectangle" shape but I want it to look something
like a fat "L". Say for instance if I have a rectangle and then drag one
corner diagonally in.

all links disappear when refresh

In Org chart -Lost refresh functionality-all links are removed and under
conflict resolution section. Refresh worked fine previously. Org chart based
on external data.What could be different?Add columns in external database,
could this be a problem?
Anyway to re-link without going through the 20 tabs I est ...

After saving and exiting org chart, drap and drop subordinates feature does
not work nor the hide/expand subordintes. Does not recognize shapes as subord
or mgr. When dragging subord. shape on mgr shape will get the message as to
