Closing multiple-segment shapes

Since my early days of using Visio, I've always had a devil of a time
closing multiple segment shapes. Theoretically, you can close a shape
by dragging the starting point over the ending point, but I find it
very difficult to do, particularly with more complex shapes... it
seems that the points made, but I can't ...

Why can't get text box of milestone to unprotect??

I am using Visio 2000, and I am unable to adjust the size of the text box of
a line milestone.. For example, if i were to type in a normal text box, I can
pull and adjust the box size using the handles, and the text wraps
accordingly. With my line milestones however, everytime I open a file, they
are locked ...

Colour Printing in Visio Pro 2003

Hi,
I am trying to print in Colour from Visio Pro 2003.
I have a working colour printer installed but when I go to Print Preview it
displays my darwing in grayscale and only prints in Black & White.
Does anyone know how I can get a Colour view in Print Preview and a colour
print out please?

am I going about this in the wrong way.... should I be using access instead
of excel to get an easy refresh of an org chart when staff change? I don't
mind refreshing from within visio, I just don't want to have to use the
wizard again.
And would that allow me to add and update photos using the wizard when ...

Visio corrupts when imported into word 2007 doc

When I import using from file in word 2007, some, not all of the imported
files (process flow maps) have corrupted during the transfer, with connectors
pointing the wrong way?
Is there a solution, workaround for this. I've replaced the visio imports
with pdf versions, but the graphics aren't as clear. ...

Vision Corrupting when imported into 2007 Word Doc

I was happily importing some visio docs into my 2007 Word doc, using import,
from file utility.
I'd done a few when I noticed that a couple of my connectors had altered, I
opened the originals and they'refine?
It would seem then that during the import process some data is corrupted.
Is there a solution? ...
