auto-refresh org chart pictures/hyperlinks from database?

I'm creating an org chart in Visio 2003 that is linked to a database.
I can get the employee data to update in the chart but I would like to
get the inserted pictures and hyperlinks to update based on a path/etc.
contained in database fields. I've been digging through the Visio
developer help but haven't come ...

I have been given a VISIO drawing that currently has custom page size of 300"
× 30". I know you're thinking it's a typo...but believe me it's not (the
drawing contains a huge family tree). When the page is this size I have the
ability to zoom into the drawing at 100% and below and see everything

How control size/shape of textbox?

I'm trying to use the Visio UML statechart template. How can I control the
size and/or shape of the textbox on a state transition? It defaults to a
single line and simply "disappears" on each end as it goes beyond the line
length.
I'd at least like to put multiple actions on separate lines.

Visio Profesionall 2003 - Sybase Reverse Engineer Error

I am attempting to reverse engineer a ER diagram on a Sybase database.
It fails with the following error on even the simplest of tables.
Error: "Encountered a fatal error during reverse engineer of
information from the database!"
