How to Format Date of a Timeline - Interval Shape?

Is it possible to format the date for the intervals on a timeline as follows
(Swiss German Format)?

I' ve configured the Date format manually under -> Define -> Define Shape
Data like this:
((ddd. dd.MM.yyyy))
But it doesnt work... ? :-(

Why can't I save my file, says its "folder is marked as read only

Visio 2003 off page reference

I have off-page references in my Visio 2003 flowchart files. I write a pdf
file using Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional. However, the off page references
are lost. Is there a way to have them transferred to my pdf files?

Two Color Questions

I work with Visio on two computers. When I right click on the page, one of
the choices is Color Schemes but only on one computer. The other computer
doesn't have that choice. How do I add that to the right click or where else
can I find the "color schemes" box?
Also how do I change the color of the page? ...
