Catalog Merge Templates

I am trying to print a directory that has 5.5 x 8.5 pages. I uses 5 catalog
merge templates that define different page layouts. When I try to append
these to make complete the directory book, I get a message that says
Publisher unable to do it?
Any ideas about how I can combine pages that are layed out in ...

when I paste a small object around 3 x 3 inches (copy + paste special from
autocad dwg file) the object is placed on the page pretty close to it's
actual size
but when I copy one that is 7 inches long it gets distorted
I have used the format object to re-size it
but if i specify 7 inches it still only ...

The images need to print ~ 300-600dpi. Will embedding pictures in Microsoft
Publisher 2003 decrease their quality when converting to PDF, assuming the
images are not compressed in the PDF conversion settings?
Is it true that Inserting a picture is a better way to embed than Copy &
paste?

Pack and Go

Using 2007.
I can't get the Pack and Go wizard for Commercial Printing to appear -- at
least, not the correct one.
When I select File>Pack and Go>Take to a Commercial Printer, Publisher opens
the wizard for taking to another computer.
Same for Take to another computer.
I have used this feature in 20 ...

document, but I am trying to print a couple of proofs to check for spacing
and positioning, now my question is, is there a way that I can print unto a

copy and paste between applications often results in the result being RGB, not what you started with. this can present problems later on.
