I have a masthead at the top of all pages and one in the middle of each
section. The printer said I have to make them bleed off the page in order to
have an actual 8.5*11 document. How can I do this? ...

Printing a document fit to one page

I am wondering if there is a way to print a document with two pages on one
page? I know that in other programs there is a print option usually called
something like "fit to page" but I can't find that option in Publisher. (I

I have an 8-page folded newsletter. I want to print on 11x17 paper for 2
pages per sheet, so I have to print pages 1 & 8, 2& 7, 3 & 6 and 4 & 5,
respectively, on their same side of the sheets so when folded all are in

Publisher pictures

When I copy and past pictures or graphics into a publisher page, they dont
display. They are there because I can print the page and they show up, I
just dont see them on the screen. I have already looked under view to make
sure thoses settings are Ok ...

Publisher 2007 is knocking out all text no matter what the settings are in
the PDF file when using the Save As PDF feature or printing to Adobe PDF.

Fonts listed as "installable embedding" but can't be embedded?

I have all these free fonts that I downloaded that are listed (when I use my
font properties button that I downloaded from microsoft) as Installable
Embedding, but when I go into "Tools - Commercial Printing - Fonts" in
Publisher, they are listed as "May not embed". Is there any way to fix this? ...
