Stationary sets?

In the past I've printed booklets using stationary such as Elizabethian. They
show the paper, envelopes, business cards, etc., all matching. Now I can't
find them. How do I get there? ...

How do I bring page from one file into the other?

How do i bring a page from one publisher file into the other? I try
copy/paste but it doesnt seem to copy the text along with the text boxes.
Ill highlight everything, copy, go to new document, paste, and everything
pastes but the text boxes are all empty. Is there any more "normal" way to
do this? ...

Avery Labels in Publisher 2003

When I go to File > Page Setup > Layout tab and highlight Business Card,
none of the Avery standard papers show up. Same thing for other Types, no
Avery listing.
Anyone know how to fix this so I get a list of Avery products to choose
from?

I am running into a very frustrating issue with Publisher. I am a Publisher
first time user. I am running Win XP with Office 2003 on it.
I can open Publisher files (with some delay but that is not the real issue)

different files. Is there any way I can add this table to the design
gallery so I can re-use it in another file?
