Why can't I select the "edit points" on pictures in Publisher?

I insert a picture, I select it. I go to the Arrange drop down menu, but Edit
Points is grayed out, meaning that feature can't be used. I've tried it with
multiple pictures. What gives? Suggestions? ...

actually, it is cracked near the center hub. Is there a way I may get an R/A
replacement disk for a nominal fee? May I mail the broken disk in? Or do I
have to purchase a full-blown new copy? Thank you.

Importing a newer version file format into publisher 2000.

publisher and would like to use it at work on publisher 2000, however, it
will not open on 2000. Is there anyway toconvert the file or any other way to

Im working with a booklet and when applying page numbering, it automatically
sets page 1 as "1" which is the cover. I want "1" to be where the pages
