Defaults in Publisher 2003

Is there a way of changing defaults in Publisher 2003. Specifically I
want to:
* set default measurement unit to centimeters
* set default border of a text box to black line, .75 pt
* set Tools menu>Commercial Printing Tools>Fonts so that TrueType
fonts are always embedded.

Exporting Colour Schemes

I need a way of forcing many people throughout my organisation to use
a standard set of colour schemes. We are working with a commercial
printers, and I need to make sure that everyone is using CMYK colour

Different header for each chapter

I am having trouble applying a different header to each chapter of my
publication. I have inserted a section break and if I change any of the
headers in any section they all change to match. The only way around this is
to use a different master page for each chapter which somewhat defeats the

I notice that in the Accent Box Newsletter template there are some text boxes
that are synched ... that is, if you change the text on the first page, it
changes on the third page. I notice this in the Volume/Number box on the
