Line spacing

I use publisher 2003
I have an index page like below....
Page 1
Page 2
Page 3
.....Page 25
This goes down to page 25 which fills the page, I now need to add another
line for page 26.
So will have to adjust the spacing between the lines to get the additional
page no in.
How do I do this?

my cursor won't change to a crosshair pointer in Publisher

When I click the text box button on the objects toolbar in MS Publisher '03,
and move my mouse back to the area where I just deleted a text box, the
pointer is supposed to change to the "draw a frame" or "crosshair" pointer,
but nothing is happening. Can you tell me why? ...
