PWA Resource View and Deleted Tasks

Hi All,
In PWA, you can view the Tasks associated with certain resources. The
default view automatically inserts the "Indicator" field in the first
position.
The problem I have is tasks that have been deleted show up if you use the
print to Excel option. There's no way that I can see how to filter out ...

removing the Gantt view from a file template

I am using a file template. We do not want to see or print the Gantt view.
Any time we open the template the gantt view apprears on the right side of
