How to limit the availabibility of an ent resource to a project

I'm new to Projec and Project Server 2007 but can already see how useful the
two can be for us. Is there a way I can limit the availability of an
enterprise resource to a particular project? E.g. the resource has Max.
Unit of 100% but I just want to allocate 30% max to a particularly project.

Request for Information Audit Trail

Does anyone on the newsgroup know if the Project Server database maintains a
record of the date when a "Request for Progress" in a project was made? I
know it is possible to see if a response is pending what I would like to
know is when a request was raised, is this possible?

Capacity Questions

2 Proposal Questions (Costs and % Complete)

1) Is there any way to assign costs to Proposals?
2) What happens to RD when you convert proposal to project and entered in %
completes for proposal? How is it calculated?

Project Server 2003 Help

I did following settings in server setting - timesheet periods.
No of periods to be created - 52
Date the first periods start 1/1/2007
Type the standard period - 7
Now when ever I create bulk, it generates dates like
1/1/2007 - 1/5/2007
