Assigned Task resource shows different in PWA and Project Pro 2003

Hello,
We are running Project Server 2003 and Project Pro 2003.
We have different Project Templates on project server according to project
size.
Whenever we publish a new project using a template, we assign a task
resource; the problem is that if we see the project on PWA after publishing,

Hello
As I said earlier I created a custom field enterprise custom fields, but it
is available for 1 project for other projects this custom field is not
populating in projects when I open it in project profession 2007, I try to
import it but it not showing in enteprise custom field.

Error Saving New Risk in Project Server 2003

I am having an issue when trying to save a new risk to a project

Timesheets don't allow edits of Flag fields

We display Flag1 for editing by our timesheet users. This was
editable in other projects' timesheets but is not editable in new
projects' timesheets. I cannot find any reference to why a flag would
be editable in one project and not editable in another.
