Project Pro 2003 with Project 2003 serv

Hi,
Here is my problem:
I can't connect Project Professional 2003 and Project 2003 Server,
because my system encoding is 1250 and project server is 1252.
How to fix this?

Web part for review timesheet view

Hi All,
My view of "Review Timesheet" is coming blank and when I enquired
further,I found that web part has been removed from the view.
Which web part has been used in Project Server 2007 for the "Review
Timesheet" view.
