Missing 12.0 Object Library? VBA launches wrong MSP client.

MOPS2007 system. First explanation then questions.
I have tried to use some Excel VBA code I found in the postings but it does
not run. It seems to need the MSP 12.0 object library. I checked the
Tools>References in my Excel (which is 2003) and the MSProject 12.0 object
library is not listed.

Weight average custom field in rollup

Hi.
I"m trying to have my custom field to roll up but to summary as a weighted
average by the Effort (Work). The same thing % work complete would roll up.
Unfortunately the only method is MS project has is simple average. this is
distorting my comparaison with the % work complete.

I would recommend that you install the August 2008 CU
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956061). There are several fixes around
Actuals not showing up in plans upon publish - one of them may fix your
issue. I would deploy to Dev first to test.

Which solutions to automatically alert people to fill-in timesheet

I am using Project Server 2007 (SP1 + PIU).
We use Timesheet to get task reporting from project members.
Question:
Is there any means to send alert (e-mail) at the end of timesheet period
(when not sublitted yet)?

If you open the "Published" version of the project after the automated
publish, are the updates shown there as well, or are they only shown in
the Working copy?

No problem at all - there's a lot of stuff in the SDK, so it's very easy
to miss things unless you know exactly what you're looking for :o)

with autofiltering to select all the tasks for a project, then export

PM some admin time. The approved tasks updates do not get published however.
