specific resources so that they can easily see what they have upcoming over
the next few weeks. I was able to create a filter that shows the tasks
assigned to the selected resource(s) along with the assignment info for the

Is there any method in MSP 2003 to warn us of imminent deadlines for tasks
just before the deadline ? Something similar to checking the % task remaining
(hours or %).

Resource Planning across multiple projects

hello,
i inserted multiple projects into a new MPP doc and was hoping to generate
some kind of report that would enable me to view the usage for single
resources that are allocated for more than one project. i'm having trouble
figuring this out. can anyone help me with this?

Disappearing Tasks

I use MS Project 2003 and save as MS Project 98 so other co-workers can view
the file. When I re-open files, many of my tasks have disappeared. Other data
for the tasks still appear, such as Durations, Start, Finish, Resources, but
the Task Name has disappeared. ...

How do you prevent an update in one of the columns (% work complete) from
updating the other (% Complete) with the same vaule and vice versa. I want
differnet statuses reflected in each column and I cannot get to stop
reflecting the same?? ...
