Hi all--
A little background first...as part of a fundraiser each year we have a
reverse drawing with about 500 names on a board. A name/number is called and
that person is eliminated from the drawing. The last name(s) left get to

Printing issue in Powerpoint

I was e-mailed a presentation in powerpoint for review - when I try to print
a hard copy, I am not able to print the text box area. The title area and
background print, it is only the middle text box area that does not print. I
can view everything in the file. Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks, ...

I have a slide that has hyperlinks to pdf files. I want Adobe to always
open the pdf in a maximized window. I don't see any settings in PowerPoint
to control this.

How do I print notes on the back of the previous slide/page?

I'm delivering a presentation for which I have extensive notes on each slide.
I'd like to print the notes for the current slide on the back of the
previous slide. This way, if I lay my slides out and turn the pages like a
book, I'll be able to see the notes on the left page (back of the previous
slide) and ...

Use Ctrl+Y to repeat last formatting action

I depend on Ctrl+Y in MS Word when I want to repeat formatting actions
several times. This action isn't working for me in PowerPoint, and I don't
find a way to customize keystrokes. Am I missing something? If so, please
tell me how to access the Ctrl+Y functionality. Thanks

whenever we save as web page twice in power point 2007! So first it saves,
