Upgrade from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007

I had an error code: 0x80070641 show up awhile back and have had failed
updates for Office 2003, Works, etc. since. I have been trying to correct
the error with http://support.microsoft.com/kb/818018/en-us, but now it
