Cannot see Add-ins tab in Word 2007 after installing the Add-in

I have created a Word 2007 add-in using VS2005. It appears under Add-ins tab
on the development machine. But when I install it on user computer it does
not shows the Add-ins tab at all.
My add-in appears under â??Active Application Add-insâ? list in Word Options
--> Add-Ins and also appears in the list of ...

Word.SaveAs without prompts

I want to programmatically save some html files as word 2003 docs.
I use App.Documents.Open to open the file and doc.saveas with a format type
of word document to save. That all works lovely and gives me the files I want.
But during each 'saveas' a warning comes up saying in one section a warning

Importing Rules into Outlook 2007

With the cell format, such as date, number or text, to do different things.
So how to get the cell format of Excel?
If using NumberFormat or NumberFormatLocal, how to know whether the cell
format is Date or not?

Ribbon in 2007 - idMso vs image?

In creating the customUI.xml file, I can't seem to add an image to buttons
I've put on the ribbon using isMso, even though those commands have no image
of their own. I can set a different imageMso, but not an image.
