PowerPoint and Excel don't close completely

If I open several PowerPoint or Excel 2003 archives and then close all them,
as well the application itself, Task Manager shows there are several
instances of PowerPoint (4) and Excel (2) still running.
However, these applications don't appear using the Alt+Tab option.
So, if I want to use these applications ...

Office pro 2003 Front page install

I have office 2003, and when I installed the programs, there was not an
option to install front page. While browsing the files on the disk I found
that there is a bootstrap application to install frontpage 2003, however when

Hi
I am just updating my 2002 XP pro to 2003 XP pro. I have tried 2007 and
can't get on with it.
Am I correct in assuming that I will have to completely delete the 2002
version and then install the new 2003 version or what?
Also can I save my settings from 2002 version and then load them into the
2003 ...

2007 not working for other desktop user accounts

I just installed Office 2007 Ultimate to my computer under the adminstrator account. It only works for that account.
I am running Vista Home Premium. How can I get it to work for the other Windows user accounts on my desktop?

Office 2007 installation. To recap the issue Setup starts from the
installation CD, Requests the product key, allows customization of the
install parameters and then works for a few minutes then stops with a dialog

Is it possible to disable/remove the welcome screen (the one where you have
to choose between online help and so on) shown in Office 2007 first time for
all new users through GPO or the registry

Just to clarify - and forgive the stupid question please, but I find the
website a bit ambiguous and would rather ask than make a mistake ;) -
Question: If I own and have installed MS Home and Student Office 2007, does
that qualify me to get the upgrade version of Publisher 2007 rather than the
full version ...
