Transferring Office 2003 Professional to New PC

My old IBM PC is about to fail. I am purchasing a new PC. How can I install
my current licensed copy of Office 2003 on my new PC without having a problem
with Microsoft over more than one installation of the same license. Can I
just uninstall it from the old PC and then install it on my new PC? ...

Invalid Authentication key

My friend's computer fried. We purchased a new pc and tried to load a
legally purchased copy of MS Office Home onto her computer. When loading, it
told us the authentication key wasn't valid. We can't uninstall from the old
