Application minimized on return from screen saver

When I return from Screen Saver, applications are not full screen anymore,
but return in smaller application windows. How do I stop this from happening? ...

Setting folder view in Explorer

I am trying to change the default view of folders in Explorer (with details
and folders showing in the left hand pane). For some reason, setting it in
Tools/Folder Options/View/Apply to all folders does not seem to work.

Is there a product you can combine word & excel to make one report

into one report. I believe years ago Microsoft had a product that made this
pretty simple. Do you know if one still exists?

purchased a new notebook without an optical drive. I understand that I am
allowed 3 installations. Do I need to purchase an external drive to download
or can I download from MS directly with registration number? ...

Lost File Button/Menu

Not sure if this is an Office problem, but suddenly I have lost the File
button from the main toolbar (the top left button that has the Save, Save
as.., Open etc in the drop down menu).
I am completely baffled - how can I recover it please? (Have uninstalled
and reinstalled Office - same problem).

and I downloaded windows office 2007 for home.
Since that time, I upgraded my mac OS and, silly me, I managed to reformat

office 07 documents writing over 03 documents

over the weekend, our office upgraded to all new hardware, server os, and
office 07. All of our data is in 03 format. When i open it and edit it, it
still saves it in 03 .doc format for example in word. i know you can "save
as" the 07 .xml format, but it creates another file and no way do i need two
of every ...

When I OPEN or CLOSE a PRINT PREVIEW I am forced to cycle through four pop-up
Revision windows, as follows,
(1) Revision Number
(2) Revision Date
(3) Creation Date
(4) Revised By
I have to press OKAY or CANCEL on each window even though I do not want to
enter this information. This scenario exists for both ...
