Flickering dispaly while using MS Office 2003

While using Excel or Word everything looks fine, but as soon as you open
another window (lets say the format window) monitor starts flickering. As

I'm using Vista and put in Office XP. Everything works except interactive
training. I get an error "Program blocked due to compatability issues." It
lists Microsoft and LearnIT Corporation as contacts. I have been scouring the
website for a solution for many hours. Any thoughts?

Photodraw: Can't find text menu

Hello, I've just been trying out photodraw for the first time today and have
been following the built in tutorial. Everything seems to be working except
the text menu.
The only thing I can find labeled "text" is a large letter A on the visual

when I install using my DVD made from my MSDN download, will it detect my
64-bit machine/OS and install the 64-bit version?

When I send photo e-mails, sometimes the receiver gets the file as a windat
rather than a .jpb and they are unable to open the attachment. Why is this
