Ribbon isn't functioning correctly - Word and Excel 07

I just installed several copies of Office 2007 Plus on our work
network. The version I have is a Volume License copy and on every
other computer I have tried the ribbon is it's normal default blue
theme. On this one particullar system a Dell Inspiron 6400, running XP
SP2 the ribbon is grey and looks somewhat dis ...

actually the 'close' means close the current document. There is another
button named 'exit' which does what it means.
try it again. it is one of these new tricks in the 2007 version,
without any clue of what it is good for...

Office 2003 and 2007 compatability

up and running it had Vista & Office 2007. It did the Office 2007 90
