problems with context menus in ibf

I have a usercontrol that displays a context menu when the user right clicks
on on the control. There are several problems with the menu. First, hot
keys don't show up. Second, the menu does not disappear unless I click a

When I try to send an email in Office 2003 I receive the following
message.
Interface Not Registered.
If I try to send a email in "Word" I receive the same message..
Interface not Registered.

I have win 2000 with service pak 4, and when I open napster it say
"configuring your wmp" and then "your DRM needs to be reset" and after it has
been reset. the
same thing starts again. napster says it is MS problem and MS says there is
