get my software key as I did not write it down (dumb move I know)? I did

ReStart issue

Frequently after exiting Outlook (Office Prof 2007 ver 12.0.6300.5000+SP1) I
cannot restart the program without restarting my computer (Vista Home Premium
w/SP1 preinstalled). On restarting computer then Outlook I am asked if I want
to start in safe mode. Any suggestions?

Mail merge issues

We have Office XP (which is supported in a Citrix and a local environment).
When we mail merge letters as we did before from Excel to Word, the merge
takes place as before, but I can't see where to skip or add blank lines as we
could before.
Also, some of the number fields which we merge in are wrong - a n ...

Vista Home Premium unable to upload Office Home and Student 2007
