using SetData for values in a windows form

Hi all,
I'm new to OWC. I need to create an app that displays graphical data to a
windows form, but keep getting this error.
Here is what I have:

Hello Alvin,
i followed the steps you listed in another post - to use OWC on the
client side.
Although i have a few things that are unclear to me.
First register the ActiveX object on the client where it will run:
I downloaded OWC11.exe and installed on my PC.

I have had problems using OWC on the server side in VS 2005, am trying
to use it in the client side
but the journey has not been smooth.
Does VS 2005 allow OWC usage on the client side?
i looked around in the forum and found contradicting opinions from

OWC11 in Excel 2007

our application uses OWC11 in Excel 2003 which is not available in Excel
2007. Has anyone else had a similar issue and how did you address this? Right
now, we are asking customers to download the OWC11.exe from the microsoft
