smart tag in outlook

Hi,
I have created a smart tag in Word. It shows up as a smart tag label in a
Word document, and Outlook (when I type a message as a sender). But, I do
not see the same words as smart tags as a recipient of the email in Outlook.
I have followed the instructions in this article:

I have created a new smart tag and it is appeared as a smart tag when I
type a message in Office Outlook, but the same word does not appear as
a smart tag when that message is received.
In other words, when I receive an email (in Outlook) that contains a
smart tag, I do not see the dotted purple line under ...

Can not see the samrt tags

Hi all,
I have followed instructions in the tutorial part of smart tag SDK
documentation (Visual C# tutorial). But, I can't seem to see the smart
tags (the colors) in a word document.
Any help is appreciated.

Who's using SmartTags?

I don't want to invite a storm of criticism here, but how common is this
methodology? I've thought about implementing a few features as SmartTags,
but it still seems clearer to me to implement them as toolbars or other more
traditional UI. Any one have realistic scenarios (other than metric
conversion)?

is it correct that smarttags defined in a VSTO 2005 word project is only
recognisable in documents based on the template?
is there some way of making VSTO smarttags recognizable in all word
documents?
A smarttag.dll will do the trick, it will however lack the connection to the
action pane.

I want to make a SmartTag that my customer can use in recieved mails in
Outlook for reconizing Ordrenumbers.
