.Net Security for running smart documents from a network share

I’m setting a .Net framework security policy to run a smart document using
location evidence. The smart document resides on a network share. If I set
the policy under Machine in the .Net’s Runtime Security Policy the smart
document runs fine, however if I set the policy under User it doesn’t run.

I created my Word 2003 Smart Document solution using Visual Studio .NET
under .NET v1.1. I have now upgraded to Visual Studio 2005 under .NET 2.0.

Implementing "smart" click & type form fields in a Word document
